RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Here's how it works:
Returns: Zip N’ Bear is happy to offer returns of products purchased directly from our official website zipnbear.com. If you wish to make a return, items must be returned with tags in their original condition and packaging within 30-days of receipt. Once we receive and inspect the returned product(s), we'll process your return.
Refunds: After inspecting the returned item(s), you will receive an email letting you know we received your items, and if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be provided back to the original payment method(s) within 10 business days.
Exchanges: Need to make an exchange? Easy! Our streamlined Returns and Exchanges process makes it hassle-free. At no extra cost, you can effortlessly swap any item for a different size or style. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging, ensuring they are in the condition you received them.
Restocking Fee: For all returns requesting a refund to the original payment method, there is a flat rate $7.50 processing/restocking fee that is deducted from the amount returned to you. This fee is waived if you wish to receive store credit.

WHAT ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE?
Please be informed that underwear, items purchased during sale events, purchases made during Black Friday and Cyber Monday week, and any products discounted by more than 25% are considered final sale. These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
WHAT ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE?
- Underwear: For the well-being and safety of all our customers, and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. This policy ensures that every underwear item purchased from us is brand new and has never been tried on or used by another customer.
- Deep Discounts: Any product discounted by more than 25% is considered non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Items purchased during special sale events, including "Buy 1 Get 1" promotions, are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

CANCELLATIONS
